On the morning of May 29, 2026, the Hanoi Innovation Hub (HiHUB) visited and held a working session at CT Innovation Hub 4.0 (CTI 4.0) to explore models for operating innovation ecosystems, startup incubation, and technology connectivity, as well as to foster inter-regional cooperation between the North and the South.

The delegation was led by Dr. Tran Quang Hung, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Hanoi Innovation Center Joint Stock Company (HiHUB), and included representatives from HUB Network.

During the working session, the two sides discussed the development direction for startup incubation programs and support for startups in addressing practical urban challenges, while also fostering connections among enterprises, academic and research institutions, experts, and innovation organizations.

As two pioneering entities within Vietnam’s innovation ecosystem, the partnership between CTI 4.0 and HiHUB is expected to unlock numerous collaborative opportunities for building an inter-regional startup and innovation ecosystem, thereby helping to spread the spirit of innovation, accelerate the commercialization of technology-based ideas, and foster digital economic development in this new era.
